Project Request Timing:

Projects should be requested 2 weeks in advance. Ms. Chase tries to ensure that each project is unique and customized in its design. To ensure that Ms. Chase has ample opportunity to fulfill your request we ask that you submit your purchase with the anticipated deliver date.

General Questions & Answers

How Will I Receive My Video:

Purchasers will receive their video to the email they have provided. The file send will be a MP4 file that will be provided through a secure file transfer system such as WeTransfer or Dropbox. Purchasers will only have a small window to download their files as once they are downloaded the file will be deleted.

How Can I Use My Video:

Purchasers may only use their videos for their intended purchase. If the video message is being emailed to another party other than the purchasers a disclaimer will be attached to the video which states that the video created and original content within may not be used for anything other than personal use. Any use found outside of its intended use purchase and/or agreements will be considered a form of video piracy and can results in civil and criminal judgements.

Once My Purchase Has Been Completed How Long Will It Take To Receive:

Projects should be projected within a 2 week time period. This allows Ms. Chase the opportunity to ensure that your project has plenty of time to be customized. Your project will be scheduled for delivery on or before the selected date received.
